This novel was bursting with atmosphere and in every scene I was instantly transported to the era and location depicted. As with all of her novels, Kate Morton has created a perfect symmetry between generations, interconnecting the past with the present on so many levels. The Forgotten Garden was such a wonderful novel to lose yourself in, I hardly know where to start with this review.
